Educational Group Workshops (Call to register)

Texas Family Institute is launching a new opportunity for growth and healing through our Educational Group Workshops, starting this September. These sessions are designed to support individuals who may be navigating depression, emotional struggles, or difficult life experiences.

Each workshop provides a safe and welcoming space to explore practical tools, build emotional awareness, and learn new ways of coping. Whether you’re seeking support for yourself or looking to better understand your emotions, you’re not alone, and you’re welcome here.

There is no cost to attend. Call to register, just come as you are. (10-12 seats per class)
